• Experienced, highly qualified teachers and trainers: You are assigned the teacher that best serves your requirements. This individual will be assisting you on a constant and continous basis. Change of teachers only occurs upon request – thus ensuring effective continuity of the training process.
• Flexible time schedules (lessons are usually arranged between 7:30 a.m. and 9 p.m. including weekends).
• Free introductory lesson
• We  adjust to your particular requirements. It is you, the student, who (up to a point) dictates the focus and direction of lessons and content, e.g.: Telephoning, presentations, negotiations, meetings, etc.
• No additional or hidden costs and absolutely no material to buy. We do not benefit from selling books. We do however use the best publications available in print today. Additionally, students are encouraged to bring in their own material from their daily work (emails, reports etc.)
• Payment is only required for lessons that have actually taken place or that were cancelled too late, i.e. after 3 p.m. on the day prior to the planned lesson.
