  • Conflict Resolution - becoming active, gaining awareness, changing perspectives, clarifying issues, effective communication, dialogue and blockades, Harvard Principles of negotiations, mediation
  • Conflict prevention - recognising needs and contexts, positive attitudes, creating a cooperative work climate, contracts
