People with high “Emotional Intelligence” show several favorable characteristics:

  • They are aware of their strenghts and weaknesses.
  • They have a high level of self-confidence.
  • They trust other people.
  • They solve problems and resolve conflicts in an active way.
  • They have an optimistic attitude.
  • They are motivated, committed to their goals and able to accomplish them.
  • They are open-minded and unbiased; they perceive reality as it is.
  • They are oriented towards future.

“Emotional Intelligence” can be developed throughout one’s life-time. This workshop is designed to analyze and re-evaluate behavioural patterns and consequently have an effective impact on the future. The training makes significant contributions towards the development of a positive attitude to life, improvement of interactions with others and thus to higher personal satisfaction.

 

Contents (2 days):

  • Status Quo – Where are we at present? What is positive? What could be better?
  • Self Monitoring – Dealing with emotions.
  • Self Analysis – The Structure of Personality (based on the concept of Transactional Analysis).
  • Script Analysis – Where do we come from? What are our basic convictions? Injunctions? Drivers?
  • Princes and Frogs - Winners, losers and non-winners – a matter of decision.
  • Communication Model (TA) – Recognizing miscommunication
  • Psychological Games – The Drama Triangle, rewards, common games: “Yes…, but”, “Stupid”, “Now I’ve got you”, a.o.
  • Development of goals – Dissatisfaction, wishes, goals, goal definition and accomplishment, defining criteria.

The number of participants is limited to 8.
