Time and Venue: All open seminars take place in our premises at Emanuel-Leutze-Str. 21 in Düsseldorf (Seestern Area). Seminar participants park free of charge. Seminar-days usually start at 9:00 a.m. and finish at 5 p.m.
Fees: All prices + 19% V.A.T. At the end of a seminar participants receive the seminar documentation and an attendance certificate. The seminar fees include soft drinks and coffee.
Registration: Registration needs to be done in writing by sending an email or letter that includes the correct invoice address. Registration will be confirmed by email within 48
hours. Invoices are sent between 3 and 4 weeks prior to the beginning of the seminar. In general registrations can be done up to two days before seminar start provided that the seminar is not
fully booked.
Guarantee: Confirmed seminars and workshops always take place - even in case of a small number of participants, without reduction of time or content. In case of sudden illness of the trainer a new seminar date will be arranged. If a new date cannot be arranged, already paid fees will be refunded.
Cancellations: Cancellations of seminar participation can be done up to two weeks prior to the seminar without charge. For cancellations that are done between two weeks and two days prior to the start of the seminar we charge 50% of the seminar fee. For late cancellations (after two days prior to seminar start) we charge the full fee, but offer a replacement seminar.
If not arranged otherwise, payment is done within 14 days after receiving an invoice at the end of a month. For pre-payment of lessons we offer reductions to the price. There is no refund for pre-paid lessons that cannot be taken due to reasons that are beyond control of English & Intercultural Communication. Pre-paid lessons which are not used expire after a period of one year, unless the break was announced.
Cancellation Policy: Booked lessons can be cancelled free of charge provided that the cancellation reaches us via email or telephone latest by 3 p.m. on the day prior to the scheduled lesson.
