The average person spends 1 year of their life looking for mislaid things and another three years in meetings. Thus, one of our core questions is: How can our precious and limited lifetime be
used in a satisfactory and effective way?
Goals of this workshop:
Analysis of current situation and behaviour, increased awareness of goals and priorities in order to:
- speed up work routines
- avoid looking for lost or mislaid things
- get rid of clutter
- avoid time traps and procrastination
- reduce stress and to build up new energy
Contents of this Workshop (2 days):

Time Management Principles and Techniques - Pareto Principle, Eisenhower Principle, Parkinson Rule,
Importance and Urgency, To-Do-Lists and Planning etc.

Self Organisation – Goals and Priorities, effective communication, contracts and commitment, awareness of weaknesses: e.g.
procrastination, blocking oneself, perfectionism etc.

Work Organisation - desk organisation, hanging filing system, trays, filing, storing data and
datafiles, Outlook etc.
The number of participants is limited to 8.
