General Terms

Time and Venue: All open seminars are held in our premises at Lütticher Str. 132 (= Emanuel-Leutze-Str. 21) in Düsseldorf (Seestern Area). Participants park free of charge. Seminar days start at 9:00 a.m. and finish at 5 p.m.

Fees: All prices + 19% V.A.T. At the end of a seminar participants receive a seminar documentation and an attendance certificate. The seminar fees include soft drinks and coffee. 

Registration: Registration must be done in writing by sending an e-mail or letter that includes the proper invoice address. Confirmation will be sent by e-mail within 48 hours. Invoices are sent between 3 and 4 weeks prior to the seminar. Registrations are accepted up to two days before the set seminar date, provided there is vacancy.

Guarantee: Confirmed seminars and workshops always take place - regardless the number of participants. This is done without any reduction in time or content. In case of sudden illness of the trainer a new seminar date will be arranged. If a new date is not possible, paid fees will be refunded.

Cancellations: Cancellations of seminar participation can be done up to two weeks prior to the seminar without charge. For cancellations that are made in less than two weeks prior to the seminar there will be a 50% charge of the seminar fee. For late cancellations (less than two days prior to seminar) there is a full charge, but a replacement seminar can be arranged.
