All our seminars, training and coaching can also be conducted online. This makes them independent of location.
We started giving 1-1 online lessons and coaching long before Covid-19 occurred, but we were always reluctant concerning online group training. However, you never stop learning: We have experienced that seminars up to 12 participants can be conducted online without any loss of quality. Our biggest worries, that seminars would not be interactive enough or that the animation of our presentations would not work properly, have not come true. Due to the corona restrictions we have now gained lots of practical experience and we are enthusiastic about the simplicity and the interactivity of our virtual training.
In general we use different software applications for video conferences (Skype, Teams, Webex, Lifesize etc.), adjusting to the preferences of our customers. If we are responsible for the setup, we use ZOOM and send invitation links to the participants.
The video conference software provides us with the possibility of sharing our screen, so we can show our presentations at the usual high quality and are simultaneously able to see our audience and interact with them. Additionally, participants are frequently and randomly allocated to various work groups, so that they interact with each other in temporary break out sessions to discuss questions and issues before sharing their results with the whole group. Mood and work climate are usually excellent and the training effects are at the same level as in seminars with physical attendance.
