Recognizing and Resolving Conflict
As long as there are people there will be disagreement and conflict, and not every dissent needs to be addressed and settled immediately. However, longer lasting, underlying tensions can grow to real crises that deplete our power and energy. During the seminar participants learn to recognize conflicts, to become active, to address and clarify situations and to solve problems.
In a small group, students can share their individual conflict situations and receive support in reflecting, analysing and resolving them. Additionally the seminar provides participants with the opportunity to prepare and simulate difficult dialogues and negotiations.

"It was an intensive small group training, providing skills for solving and detecting conflicts based on personal examples of the participants. For me it was especially helpful to learn structuring difficult conversations."
"An excellent training programme tailor-made to my needs. During this intensive course, lots of thought provoking exercises and real life examples were addressed. On returning to work I have been able to put my newly acquired knowledge directly into practice."
"Your advices proved to be very useful on every field of my life. The seminar helped to raise awareness over the conflict situations one can face, and sharpened my 'senses' in order to avoid the traps I used to walk in so easily in the past."
