Covid-19 has changed the work environments of many people by forcing them to work from home. In the meantime, most home office workers have become used to the new situation and have even started to like this way of working (largely due to saving the time for commuting daily). Researchers agree that work from home and hybrid work environments will remain after the pandemic.
But despite the fact that people save time by working from home, several new studies show that the majority now even work longer hours than before. The work-life balance has turned into a work-life fusion.
A primary goal of this seminar is to find solutions and strategies to balance workload and time for family and recreation in order to prevent burnout. Classic and new time management techniques and principles are introduced and adjusted to the participants' work environments.
