Covid-19 has changed the work environments of many people by forcing them to work from home. In the meantime, most remote workers not only have become used to this situation, but are rather reluctant of returning to the office on a regular basis.
But despite several advantages, including the fact that people save commuting time, the latest studies show that the majority now work longer hours than before. The work-life balance has turned into a work-life fusion.
The goals of this seminar are a) to introduce techniques that increase efficiency as well as effectiveness and b) to find solutions and strategies to balance workload and time for family and recreation to prevent burnout. Classic and new time management techniques and principles are introduced and adjusted to the participants' work environments.
